Tricuspid Valve Insufficiency clinical trials at UCSF
2 research studies open to eligible people
Tricuspid valve insufficiency is when the heart's tricuspid valve doesn't close tightly. UCSF is testing the Edwards PASCAL Valve Repair System to see if it's safe and works well in patients with severe symptoms. Another trial at UCSF is checking the safety and effectiveness of the Edwards EVOQUE tricuspid valve replacement system.
Edwards PASCAL Transcatheter Valve Repair System Pivotal Clinical Trial
open to eligible people ages 18 years and up
To establish the safety and effectiveness of the Edwards PASCAL Transcatheter Repair System in patients with symptomatic severe tricuspid regurgitation who have been determined to be at an intermediate or greater estimated risk of mortality with tricuspid valve surgery by the cardiac surgeon with concurrence by the local Heart Team
San Francisco, California and other locations
TRISCEND II Pivotal Trial
open to eligible people ages 18 years and up
Pivotal trial to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Edwards EVOQUE tricuspid valve replacement system
San Francisco, California and other locations
