Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm clinical trials at UCSF
2 in progress, 1 open to eligible people
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm is a condition where the largest blood vessel in the body swells up and could be life-threatening. The Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm trial at UCSF is looking for participants for an investigational treatment of TAAA and PVAAA. There is also another trial in progress, but not open to new participants.
Endovascular Exclusion of Thoracoabdominal and/or Paravisceral Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm
open to eligible people ages 18 years and up
This is a study to assess the safety and effectiveness of endovascular treatment of thoracoabdominal (TAAA) and paravisceral abdominal (PVAAA) aortic aneurysms. The investigational operation involves placing a stent-graft over the aortic aneurysm.
