Embryonal tumor with multilayered rosettes is a rare childhood brain tumor that grows quickly. UCSF is investigating the use of various treatments, such as chemotherapy and specific radiation therapy. By doing this research, UCSF can learn more about how these therapies can be effectively used together.

This is an open-label, comprehensive, iterative investigation of evaluating the use of induction chemotherapy, high-dose chemotherapy, and focal radiation therapy in children with newly diagnosed Embryonal Tumor With Multilayered Rosettes (ETMR).
