A Phase 1 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), and preliminary antitumor activity of TYRA-430 in cancers with FGF/FGFR pathway aberrations, including locally advanced/metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma and other advanced solid tumors.
