FGFR Gene Alteration clinical trials at UCSF

7 in progress, 2 open to eligible people

Showing trials for
  • Anti-Tumor Activity of TYRA-200 in Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma With Activating FGFR2 Gene Alterations

open to eligible people ages 18 years and up

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of TYRA-200 in cancers with FGFR2 activating gene alterations, including unresectable locally advanced/metastatic intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and other advanced solid tumors.

  • Infigratinib in Children With Achondroplasia

open to eligible people ages 3-11

This is a Phase 2, multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation and dose-expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of infigratinib, a fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) 1-3-selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor, in children 3 to 11 years of age with Achondroplasia (ACH) who previously participated in the PROPEL study (Protocol QBGJ398-001) for at least 6 months. The study includes dose escalation with extended treatment, and dose expansion. The study also includes a PK Substudy to fully characterize the pharmacokinetics of infigratinib in children with ACH.

  • TAS-120 in Patients With Metastatic Breast Cancer

Sorry, in progress, not accepting new patients

The purpose of the trial is to evaluate a patient's response to a Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor (FGFR) inhibitor, futibatinib (TAS-120), used either alone or in combination with the hormonal therapy, fulvestrant. This study will be conducted in patients with metastatic breast cancer who have specific Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor gene abnormalities and who have previously received conventional therapies to treat their breast cancer, or who are not able to tolerate certain cancer therapies. This study will also evaluate the safety of taking futibatinib, or futibatinib and fulvestrant, by learning about the potential side effects.

  • Erdafitinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Advanced Solid Tumors, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, or Histiocytic Disorders With FGFR Mutations (A Pediatric MATCH Treatment Trial)

Sorry, in progress, not accepting new patients

This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well erdafitinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with FGFR mutations that have spread to other places in the body and have come back or do not respond to treatment. Erdafitinib may stop the growth of cancer cells with FGFR mutations by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

  • REFOCUS: A First-in-Human Study of Highly Selective FGFR2 Inhibitor, RLY-4008, in Patients With ICC and Other Advanced Solid Tumors

Sorry, in progress, not accepting new patients

This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, FIH study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PDy), and antineoplastic activity of RLY-4008, a potent and highly selective FGFR2 inhibitor, in patients with unresectable or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) and other solid tumors. The study consists of 3 parts: a dose escalation (Part 1), a dose expansion (Part 2), and an extension (Part 3).

  • Pemigatinib in Participants With Previously Treated Glioblastoma or Other Primary Central Nervous System Tumors Harboring Activating FGFR1-3 Alterations

Sorry, in progress, not accepting new patients

This is an open-label, monotherapy study of pemigatinib in participants with recurrent glioblastoma (GBM) or other recurrent gliomas, circumscribed astrocytic gliomas, and glioneuronal and neuronal tumors with an activating FGFR1-3 mutation or fusion/rearrangement. This study consists of 2 cohorts, Cohorts A, and B, and will enroll approximately 82 participants into each cohort. Participants will receive pemigatinib 13.5 mg QD on a 2-week on-therapy and 1-week off-therapy schedule as long as they are receiving benefit and have not met any criteria for study withdrawal.

  • TAS-120 in Patients With Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma Harboring FGFR2 Gene Rearrangements

    Sorry, not accepting new patients

The objective of the study is to provide access to TAS-120 to patients With Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma Harboring FGFR2 Gene Rearrangements.
