Inherited Disorders of Metabolism are health conditions that affect how your body breaks down food and turns it into energy. At UCSF, a clinical trial is recruiting patients of all ages with these conditions to participate in a study. The trial is about safely distributing cord blood units for treatment. Eligible patients will receive unlicensed cord blood units.

This study is an access and distribution protocol for unlicensed cryopreserved cord blood units (CBUs) in pediatric and adult patients with hematologic malignancies and other indications.
