Lymphatic malformations are abnormal clusters of lymph vessels that cause swelling. UCSF is running a three-part Phase 2 randomized study of a drug that targets PIK3CA in children and adults. UCSF is also studying alpelisib in children and adults to measure changes on imaging scans.
