A meniscus lesion is a tear in the knee cartilage. UCSF is exploring if blood flow restriction training improves recovery after meniscus surgery. These trials measure the healing process in patients who use this type of training.

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate post-operative outcomes after meniscus surgery in participants undergoing blood flow restriction training as a rehabilitative adjunct compared to those with standard rehabilitation.
