Soft tissue sarcoma is a cancer that affects muscles, fat, nerves, blood vessels, or other soft tissues. UCSF is testing immunotherapy plus chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone for aggressive sarcomas. UCSF is also testing a therapy given with gemcitabine and docetaxel for leiomyosarcoma after prior therapy.
