Soft tissue sarcoma is a type of cancer that grows in muscles, fat, or other soft tissues. UCSF is testing if adding immunotherapy to chemotherapy is more effective for aggressive sarcomas. UCSF is also investigating DAY101 compared to standard chemotherapy for treating children with low-grade glioma needing first-line treatment.
