Tay-Sachs Disease is a genetic disorder that affects the nervous system. UCSF is now recruiting for a clinical trial called "PRONTO". This trial studies how the disease progresses in patients with GM1 and GM2 forms of Tay-Sachs Disease. The goal is to better understand the disease and its effects on the nervous system.
