A torn meniscus is when the cartilage in the knee gets damaged. UCSF is recruiting for a clinical trial called "Blood Flow Restriction After Meniscus Repair." The trial will see if using blood flow restriction training helps people recover better after surgery compared to those who don't.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate post-operative outcomes after meniscus surgery in participants undergoing blood flow restriction training as a rehabilitative adjunct compared to those with standard rehabilitation.
