Mesoblastic Nephroma clinical trials at UCSF

3 in progress, 1 open to eligible people

Mesoblastic nephroma is a kidney tumor diagnosed in infants and young children. UCSF focuses on trials that collect health data from young cancer patients to learn about this condition. These studies help UCSF gather detailed information over time from those with mesoblastic nephroma.

  • Project: Every Child for Younger Patients With Cancer

open to eligible people ages up to 25 years

This study gathers health information for the Project: Every Child for younger patients with cancer. Gathering health information over time from younger patients with cancer may help doctors find better methods of treatment and on-going care.

  • Entrectinib (Rxdx-101) in Children and Adolescents With Locally Advanced Or Metastatic Solid Or Primary CNS Tumors And/Or Who Have No Satisfactory Treatment Options

Sorry, in progress, not accepting new patients

This is an open-label, Phase 1/2 multicenter dose escalation study in pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory extracranial solid tumors (Phase 1), with additional expansion cohorts (Phase 2) in patients with primary brain tumors harboring NTRK1/2/3 or ROS1 gene fusions, and extracranial solid tumors harboring NTRK1/2/3 or ROS1 gene fusions.

  • Kidney Tumors in Younger Patients

Sorry, in progress, not accepting new patients

This research trial studies kidney tumors in younger patients. Collecting and storing samples of tumor tissue, blood, and urine from patients with cancer to study in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about changes that occur in deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and identify biomarkers related to cancer.
